American short-seller Hindenburg Research ne recently SEBI ki Chairperson Madhabi Buch ke khilaf gambhir aarop lagaye hain, jo ki Indian financial aur political circles mein halchal macha rahe hain.
Hindenburg ka Yeh Badi Report ka kehna hai ki Buch aur unke husband Dhaval Buch ke beech ke rishte aur unke investments ne kai bade sawal khade kar diye hain.

Hindenburg ka kehna hai ki Buch ke leadership mein SEBI ne Adani Group ke khilaf aaropon ki jaanch nahi ki kyunki Buch ke paas group ke offshore funds mein stake tha. Buch ka Massive Conflict of Interest ke aarop lagaye gaye hain.
Report ke according, Hindenburg ka kehna hai ki Buch ke husband Dhaval Buch ke bachpan ke dost, jo Adani Group ke director the, unke dwara chalaye gaye offshore funds mein Buch ne invest kiya. Madhabi Buch aur unke husband Dhaval ne Hindenburg ke aaropon ko “Malicious and Motivated” bataya hai. Unka kehna hai ki unke husband ke naam se kiye gaye investments 2017 mein hue the, jab Madhabi SEBI mein full-time member nahi thi. Buch couple ne yeh bhi clarify kiya ki Dhaval Buch ki appointment Blackstone ke saath supply chain management mein unki expertise ke kaaran hui thi, aur yeh appointment Madhabi ki SEBI mein appointment se pehle ki thi.
